Autopsy Report of Kurt Cobain recently leaked by Tom Grant as part of his investigation into the manner of death and official ruling.

If real it shows he did die of a self inflicted gun wound and had substances in his blood but some Washington state laws prevent the disclosure of that type of info. They do release these docs to family though. Hope it's the real deal and not some ai created report.

Tom Grant doesn't state how long he's had the autopsy report, and it almost seems like he made a point not to say where he obtained it from. He is offering free copies of the pdf as part of his goal to change Cobain's manner of death from suicide to undetermined and get the case reopened as a murder investigation. The information he's gathered is pretty interesting, but starts to give off conspiracy theory vibes at some points.
Hopefully this saves a few people the trouble of having to look it up themselves.

It's interesting (and sad) that there seems to be nothing to explain the stomach pain he said he suffered with most his life. Maybe it was psychosomatic. Maybe he was a lying junkie

Does anyone know what drying artifact means wrt the dick? I've only heard of it referring to eyes that don't close after death, tache noir

The drying artifact I believe is noted over his stomach, which suggests he was sitting upright when the shot was fired. The blood had either soaked through his shirt or poured immediately out of his mouth and dried on his abdomen.
As far as it stomach issues, I am pretty surprised that it wasn't mentioned at his autopsy, but these pages don't show examination of his stomach or intestines. Maybe since the cause of death was so obvious and there was drug paraphernalia present they didn't bother to check, but it would have been interesting to see if there was any pathology related to his stomach issues.

Most interesting to me, the posted docs say:

1. he was wearing 2 pairs of pants + sweatpants + long john pants + briefs.
2. he had 7 drugs detected in his system
3. silver nail polish on his fingernails
