dress is way too clean, and she still has a perfect bust. That alone is enough to give it away as BS. When my mom died her boobs deflated, and she had big ones, and when she was in her coffin it looked as if they had totally vanished....so for this lady to have been dead for this long and still have such perfect form means that they propped her chest us with a template or something, or he shoved a maniquin in there with a fake mask.

Fake, the inside of the coffin looks brand new and the body itself is impeccable, she doesn't look like a body that's been dead and buried since the 40's.
