Re: Inside a Coffin
This looks fake for a number of reasons (not just because a deaf guy made comments like “the backyard noise is terrible”)... she doesn’t look correct, especially with the way her hair is clearly posed, but I have see waaaay too many bodies - fresh dead, varieties of decomp, embalmed, and even multiple exhumed corpses. There is still signs of age/the elements inside that casket. Everything in that one is pristinely white and even the satin is shiny. It doesn’t match a casket from 1945.... and expanding on that note, there is no waaay that casket is from 1945. The hinges are still shiny and new - not to mention that through most of the 1940s, metal caskets were still expensive and very new. After WW2 broke out, there was also many casket manufactured that stopped making Bronze and metal caskets, as there was a shortage due to the war. IF that family was able to buy one (most at that time were cloth and cardboard exclusively), it would have been so ridiculously expensive, she would have been in a private plot. Plus, even if a cemetery is closed due to poor maintenance, it is illegal to keep a body in your fucking backyard, because even if it is technically private property, unless it meets certain requirements, an embalmed body can and will contaminate any surrounding wells and water sources. Now, I’m also no expert on this as far as the legal aspects of it, but I have done research on caskets, as we’ve stumbled upon some unmarked graves before, and had the entire thing just screams bullshit. |
