This happened in India that I am sure from the uniform the police are wearing.

And it is the same person. In the 2nd pic the man in white clothes is using a tumbler to clean the dead body. The head must have come off while cleaning.

How can it be the same person? Different hair (second head has more hair and no receding hairline); different body hair (less on second body) and different wounds/wound positions
