Re: Girl on Autopsy Table, Then in Her Coffin
Well shit. This is the first 10yo, necro-bumped thread that I haven't dumped and locked since I became a Mod. Usually when these things get bumped, it's by some mongoloid making inane comments about women's feet. Appreciate you taking the time to find this info and photo and to match them with the ancient thread, and post them here. Obliged. |

Re: Girl on Autopsy Table, Then in Her Coffin
Thanks for the kind comments. I'm new here and I'm working my way slowly through old threads, and I was intrigued by that one and whether both photos were the same person - and that's what inspired me to investigate. Sadly, it turns out to be an example of the worst of human evil, but that in itself is worth documenting. |

Re: Girl on Autopsy Table, Then in Her Coffin
What the hell did they do to her before they put her in the coffin?? I’ve worked at a funeral home in Canada and that’s not how we do things!!

Re: Girl on Autopsy Table, Then in Her Coffin
I think it was explained that the brown girl was the same beautiful model/ girl....but now brown & bloated after she'd been exhumed....or removed from the ground after burial. To the people who think the two bodies are different, here is an explanation of how she could look so different, after exumation. Awhile back, I accompanied a friend who's husband died suddenly in the hospital of sepsis, after receiving a pacemaker. After being hit w/ many hospital bills during & after his death, she found out how much it would actually cost her to prep his body & bury him. Due to this expense, she was given a choice on how she wanted her hubby prepared for burial. The morticians had an ala carte prep list of things that could be done to the body. Each having an additional cost which added up to another almost $2,000.00. She didn't have much money left after the coffin & plot & liner & stone. The morticians told her she could opt out of everything except 1 thing. Hubby would need to have an antiseptic wash (an extra $135.00), which was done as a safety precaution to protect anyone coming in contact with the body, including viewing family & the morticians handling the body. The mortician told her they'd keep him refrigerated till the viewing 2 days later. Because it continued to add up (& knowing she couldn't afford it all) she chose to give him that very nice coffin @ $2,600.00 & the wash. Though he'd been autopsied, all his organs were put back w/ most blood being drained during his autopsy...I assume. He was viewed & buried in much the same state in which he died. The mortician warned her that he should be buried immediately after the viewing, since he would begin decomposing as soon as he warmed up....(after being removed from the cooler) My point is, her husband was buried looking beautiful, he smelled nice & looked as if he'd been sleeping. If he was buried and exhumed even a week later, I would guess that her hubby would have look liked much like the brown corpse decomp photo. Gasses build up, pushing out the eyes, bloating the body, etc. Basically the body continues to decompose even in a sealed steel can. Even if he'd been embalmed....I believe he would have looked much the same or close to brown girl. We were told that embalming is supposed to retard decomp for 3-5 days. It's is generally done regardless, but was meant for open casket viewings. Its a rarity, but some embalmed corpses come out after being exhumed years later, looking good. But for the most part, give the body a week or more in the ground...it will begin to decompose beginning the very 1st day. On a side note, I tried to talk my friend into cremation for costs sake. She decline, stating that she promised her husband (should anything happen to him during surgery)......he'd have a beautiful burial, a grand coffin & a lovely plot under a large shade tree. All was accomplished, after all.....she lives in Oregon. |
