Imagine the human body-born perfect-then being starved and tortured and surviving for ten whole years of neglect and abuse! Breasts are fat! She has zero body fat.
Wrong. Breasts generally contain a lot of fat, but the actual breast tissue is not fat and it can be a substantial volume.
