Judging from the pictures the patient is likely deceased and isn't going to catch anything from the doctor breathing on him. Bloodborn virus died when the patient died and there is minimal risk in handling the remains hence the flimsy, largely symbolic masks and protective gear everyone is wearing primarily to keep their clothes and skin from ickyness, that certainly isn't serious bio-hazard protection nor should it be handling a smelly old old burial in hot weather.
