She probably came from the nursing home or hospital with the diaper on. They ship them to the funeral homes with catheters and stints and all still in.

I sat in on a few autopsies in high school. The mortician used the carotid arteries on the ones I saw. Sectioning all the body fluids and the intestines is very smelly.
Next comes the bubble gum pink formaldehyde
