Just by looking at the photo I wouldn't be shocked if this poor little angel was raped and murderd then dumped in some river. Or if she died by some fuck dumping here in the river nevertheless I say it's a homicide. And what's with the scribble scrabble on her private part? A simple black censored block would do. I'm NOT into seeing naked toddlers, but the scribble scrabble makes this sad scene appear comedic.....and it's NOT.
