You really don't need to have it translated, her face tells the whole story. She is dying in a hospital and just before she does she sees someone coming to escort her to the other side. But what side came to claim her?? From the look on her face she seems almost terrified!

I think is just the effect of ketamine. Probably they were preparing her for surgery. Staring at something with open eyes is just the hypnotic effect of ketamine. Such an effect is called colloquially "K-hole". After 3-4 Hrs she will be back to normal. |
