Yep, this looks like decomp purge with a possibly un-embalmed body. Now I understand the emphasis of them shoving large wads of cotton in the nostrils & even mouths of the deceased. I kept seeing this on many beautiful, but dead women from warmer climates like the Philippines & Thailand..... always thinking how awful this looked, yet now I know why.
