Cancer can be quite painful to live with. When the doctor comes in to the exam room and tells you that you’ve got cancer it’s like hearing your death sentence being read aloud.  |

Ehhh, I would wager the dark spots on the lungs and the spots on the liver. His legs are very thin and he has a large belly, I would say that's from liver damage.
