That's a devise for an IV. She's still pretty juicy so yeah she hasn't been dead long. Blood congeals pretty quick. I think she may have a broken back but the picks have to be incomplete. Looking at the side full view she doesn't appear to have a congenital curvature of the spine.

Watch the full video of the Chinese girl in the last pick. They take out the spinal chord on her. Interesting. Type into search Autopsy and you will find it.
