We still use some of those tools today. I wear double coverage over my mouth and face when using the reciprocating saw though lol.
We used them all except the manual saw - had one for back-up if the vibrating one packed in.

Do they use the reciprocating saw more often than the other one or just use double coverage?

I have never seen the hammer with the hook.
But I use the other things when I take out the organs for the pathologist.
