yeah, they remove EVERY organ and weigh it. if it's an abnormal weight then that gives a clue to what killed them, even if the cause of death was pretty obvious to begin with. they put the organs back but...yeah, it's pretty much like emptying a pumpkin for carving. completely gutted.

If its for like a medical school its really quite common for teachers to write exams based on what they have seen so pictures would be help full.
