Re: Autopsy Of A Man Who Died From Alcohol Poisoning
To be fair, an addiction is an addiction. It's not like the addicted person is having any fun. It's not a character flaw -- and nobody thinks one day, "Hey, I know! Let's be an alcoholic!" It's a psycho-physiological dependency which, untreated, is eventually always fatal.

Re: Autopsy Of A Man Who Died From Alcohol Poisoning
My brother died from chronic alcoholism last year and they didn't do an autopsy, just tox screens. I found it odd they didn't check his alcohol level. Well, if they did, it wasn't on the Death Certificate. I'm curious and I forget to call the coroner until it's late at night. I know he was hallucinating and schizoid and pissing everyone off because he wanted to die and I guess he wanted to think everyone hated him to make it easier. Who knows? I know your organs start to fail and you loss control of some bodily functions.

They drink mouthwash, which, if it's Listerine original is nasty, and anything with alcohol. Cough syrup. I wouldn't have thought of the hand sanitizer though. It is sad and you can't do anything about it as an outsider. |
