Some of those resemble pepperoni pizza, some a casserole with lots of cheese. I have seen some restaurants serve food that looks like this.  |

wow a really cool find. thanks for posting all this for us. even though i'm not in the medical field in any way i find all this stuff very interesting and its much easier to see it and listen to someone narrate what they're doing rather than have to read for hours at a time. |
