This didn't bother me at all. Its sad, but babies die. Adults die, the elderly die we are all going to die. And if we get autopsies we aren't going to feel it anyway. That baby didn't feel a thing.

South American countries do that. Here in the USA, the organs are placed in a garbage bag, then back in the chest cavity. The embalmer will then treat the organs with a cavity embalming fluid, place them back in the bag, and return them to the chest cavity. The he’d is usually filled with cotton batting..
