The heart may have been beating on impact, but it’s necessary to check potential alternate causes of death and just make sure everything makes sense in a timeline (climbing a tall place and throwing yourself off it is less likely if you’re too drunk to stand in the first place).

The heart probably stopped quite fast. I don’t have my glasses on, but at a glance the bleeding from the disrupted vessels at the base of the brain looks like a modest amount?

I would think most organs exploded on contact. Up until that point the blood pressure is still significant. They will have a good idea they seem to kicking all the tires on her.

Looks like a cut open and washed main artery as collagen and fibers are white when blood is washed away. the dark spots and red patches might be hemorrhages and traumatic impact damage.
