Another Patient CTB
The deceased had a known history of breast carcinoma metastatic to the brain, with additional diagnosis of renal cancer. The overall condition was complicated by pancytopenia. Terminally, the patient suffered myocardial infarction and expired thereafter. Based on the information provided, the most likely underlying cause of death was advanced metastatic breast carcinoma with cerebral involvement, with myocardial infarction as the immediate terminal event. Renal cancer and pancytopenia are considered significant contributory conditions.

You're welcome. I started to do it with the heif files in your "Elderly Woman I Had Last Year" post but I got sidetracked. I think I converted them but they were to big to be uploaded so they probably need downsizing; I'll see if I can follow up when I get a chance. Converting is easy to do. You can typically open them with your photo viewer & choose "Save as"; png or jpg should both work.
