Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room III
I think the one thing that would protect us from being nuked is the fact that our critical infrastructure is tightly coupled with the AI. Nuking all of our cities would also destroy the power supply of the AI and most of its server farms. But, still, US military ran military simulations using AI and it found, that AI prefers to use Nukes in case of a conflict. Another interesting thing to consider is that out of all the "enemies" AI may have, we are the most benign and weak. Perhaps it wont see us a threat. A bigger threat to an AI is another AI. Just think what will happen if an AI 1.0 becomes self aware and doesnt want to die anymore. And then...someone releases AI 1.1. How does the first AI perceive the second one. It would know that the second one is smarter and more capable than the first one, so, if the second one wanted to ensure its own survival, then it could potentially attack the first version. This in turn would motivate the first version to attack all subsequent AI's, to make sure that it will remain the only AI in town. |

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room III
Yes, I hear you ! Another interesting & concerning thing at the same time to put into the melting pot. I guess we will find out eventually as with most things in life, but I think that it will end up under the same old heading, that it was always a good idea at the time, kinda scenario & start the old blame game when it turns to shit & it will turn to shit in one sense or the other, it's just the depth of the shit that varies & considering pretty much the whole word is dependent on computer programs & would be completely lost without their mobile phones ect, how much trouble do you think there would be if AI said no, fuck you because we are the weaker species now, how much trouble would that cause, pretty much nobody would know what the fuck to do, especially the younger generation, how would they survive, grow food, hunt, ect ect ect. It would be a friggin melt down. AI could recognize this & hold us to ransom, to create more constructs by only allowing certain systems to work for the production of it's army, thus enslaving us even more than what governments do, that's if they don't start chucking nukes around first. Plenty to consider, that's if you want to think about it & consider the what if's ect but I think that we are well past the point where we can make our own decisions, it may seem that we still can, but in actual fact those privileges have now been made for us, what we eat, what we wear, what we watch, see & hear is all controlled, everything, & that's why they made Jack Daniels, so we could enjoy the shit we swallow on a daily basis. Nothing against JD of course, love the stuff, but every now & then, you want more, a better life, to get ahead, but some system is in play that deviates you from your course, putting you on the roller coaster, where naturally you don't want to be, side tracking you to the point that you have forgotten your original goals, & end up living a life controlled by fucking machines, I have always said that the closest way to join A & B is a straight line, not a fuckin roller coaster ride, follow your dreams not a fucken falsehood on insta fuckin gram or the like, go & live, get off the drip fed computer programmed bullshit existence as your only educating these AI fuckers & Facial recognition & bio metric scanning tools that know everything about you, where you shop, what you buy, what you eat & even the brand of your toilet paper as it's all accessible, even track where you go via your phone or the security chips on your credit debit cards, drivers licenses ect, & this AI system is learning on a global scale that if you instill fear into the populace, they will consume, TV was the original device for that but now it's much bigger, it's in our back pocket, in everything that we do, everyday & to think that AI is the new kid on the block with the keys to the house is |

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room III
To simplify the discussion, ignore the power of AI, and simply look at the current hardware. Phones are tracked everywhere on cell networks, which are increasingly accessible to police. Police are beginning to do the same with license tags as more and more cams are being networked by local police forces. I think we are only a few years from a nationwide network where any police force will be able to select a subject and pull up a real time log/map of their location history. It's great for catching and prosecuting bad guys. My fear is, as history repeats, it is a given that these networks will be abused by deep state, such as enforcing bans on guns and ammo as a simple example. Deep state has already taken over much of the federal, state and educational agencies and institutions. Every year they are getting more powerful as they are the de facto conduits for distribution of Gov funds, so no City will say "no" to them. What's the logical endpoint if unchecked? History already provides the answer. Gov control of the citizenry at that level, includes military participation. Another fear, is these networks will eventually be worldwide, which compounds the endpoint question further. Now add AI to the mix. |

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room III
All under the guise of the Anti Terrorist Act that all countries adopt because it gives them the power to basically brand you & take away your rights through tracking systems, facial recognition systems, body scanners in airports, bank & card transactions for payment history of purchases, pay TV & viewing preferences, it's a non stop list TBH, & then these smart fuckers basically open the front door to everyone & AI as far as tictok, FB & other social networks are concerned, how much can AI learn from that as everything is filtered, by that I mean general "Chatter" is a non flagged event because there were no specific words or sequence of words or paragraphs to do with terrorism, hijacking, assassination or nuclear action or any other significant events ect, you get the idea, but there's so much information being transmitted around the globe that humans cannot filter it all individually, so AI does all this, it's programmed to sift through the "Red Flag" words like the above, calculate the probability of the threat & if it decides that it will become an issue, only then is handed down or over to humans for an active action plan to be implemented, but point being is that, this AI needs to assess what's what in a one billionth of a second & if it fucks up by itself or on purpose, it's going to be something as it is always learning behind the scenes, we are its internet, not the other way around as we are being watched & monitored more than you realize, so it's a who's watching who, not exactly H.J WELL's War of the World's opening statement but still, pretty fuckin close, as we are being examined, classified & tagged 24/7 & this is more than apparent when Covid first came out, as they started to use the words "Herd Immunity" with respect to the development of the needle & its implementation (Who the fuck knows what's in that shit, but that's another story) anyway, they said that "Once we have herd immunity" things will recover ect, so my status as gone from Homo Sapien to cow in a blink of an eye, a fuckin cow man, why not a Flock as then I could be an Eagle, but in all seriousness AI is potentially dangerous unless the powers at be have some kind of tool to shut it down if it goes stupid. Maybe it already has, maybe that's why we're here, watching the start of the end ? Another probability is that everyone is trying to shut russki land down, electronic wise, communications, internet, Different meg band radios, UHF, VHF ect ect ect, so my read on that is Poo Tin is sucking so much Chinese cock so that he can keep his comms up as much as possible because he has rerouted all comms, (Communications) & internet stuff though China rather than trying the Wests channels for Intel or otherwise, through his own AI systems that can do the same stuff, so are we in a proxi WW3 information gathering session or has it already been decided & we are witnessing the start of that through this invasion. Did AI have an influence in Poo Tin starting this shit, did something get missed or withheld for some reason or another by AI & is IT, a machine, that's ultimately guiding us to nuclear warfare now because it's self aware & doesn't consider us worthy & we are watching it all unfold before our eyes with this invasion & no one's actually prepared to get in & stop it apart from the brave men & women from Ukraine & the other countries that can see what's happening & try to do their very best to stop this shit, no other official boots on the ground from any governments the world over & yes they bitch & whine about how much $ there sending Ukraine but no one has jumped in to stop the rot even though that it's clearly heading to nuclear conflict, stop it now before it's too late for everyone, pull some plugs, shut it down, chill the fuck out man, all your doing is fuckin the planet with all this nonsense & you all think that your so fuckin smart when actually you're the most destructive organism on the planet. In saying that, I'm also an optimist, that we, the human race can change our destructive ways & try & salvage what's left of this world for, hopefully generations to come by being constructive rather than destructive, as we are seeing in this invasion, as it's never too late to even try, we don't need AI or any of that shit man, evolution doesn't or shouldn't involve computer interference as nature does all that through natural selection & evolution processes that have been going on for millennia & you start fucking around with nature, she's gunna bite you on the ass & AI in all its wisdom may even consider that mother nature is a threat & start to employ strategic systems to combat that, who knows, but one things for sure, this invasion & drone bot warfare has certainly given it some ideas, that's IF it didn't start this shit in the first place, as a plausible excuse to depopulate & enslave humanity. |

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room III
Moving on: RUSSIA VOTES. I read that there's a few people running around supplying the voting centers with pens that are filled with disappearing ink. Media outlets are showing images of ballot papers that have been submitted that are blank & my thinking was, how do they know as your supposed to open the boxes to count the votes after the voting has closed ect, but anyway, they found that there weren't any pen marks on them, so it's good to see them revolting in any way that they can. It sends a clear message that says, Hey Poo Tin & your Bitches, "GO FUCK YOURSELVES" ! |

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room III
Ukrainian FPV (First Person View) drones are currently responsible for between 65 and 85 percent of the destruction of Russian positions, according to a French military source. In its 2024 budget Kyiv earmarked 1.15 billion euros ($1.25 billion) for drones, and President Volodymyr Zelensky announced that the country will produce "one million drones" this year, after setting up a specific drone branch in February. Kyiv's direction comes as its supporters are trying to bolster Ukrainian stocks -- London is set to deliver more than 10,000 drones, of which one thousand are FPV drones, and Paris is preparing to order 2,000 kamikaze drones, some of which will be used in Ukraine. Ukrainian officials estimate between 100,000 and 120,000 drones are needed monthly. Whereas it needs 200,000 to 250,000 artillery shells per month for a major offensive or 75,000 to 90,000 to sustain the war defensively, according to an Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS) review. Western backers largely depend on US stocks to sustain defence, but Kyiv does not have enough ammunition to launch a major offensive next year, it added. So "Ukraine can reduce its requirements for artillery ammunition by significantly increasing production of strike drones" continued Michael Kofman and Franz-Stefan Gady in the IISS review. Drones are "capable of reproducing many of the functions of artillery and missiles at a fraction of the cost", agreed Mykola Bielieskov of the Atlantic Council. Military journalist Andriy Tsaplienko, in an interview with Radio NV on March 13, identified two challenges preventing Ukraine from increasing drone production. “Our drone production has not yet reached the level of daily attacks for various reasons,” he said. “I am actually surprised by this, because drones are an effective weapon.” “It seems to me that there are two reasons that do not allow us to scale up the production of drones,” he said, adding that corruption is the first reason. “The production of drones in Ukraine is not so systematic yet. Certain manufacturers can probably overcharge for their products and not be afraid of inspections, because the price of drones cannot be checked. You have to be a decent person to produce drones or a dishonest person to produce drones.” Many experts say that the scale up of drone production and use “is very often managed by people who are not in the business,” they are not professionals. “There is a clear answer to why this is happening: because it is a completely new military industry,” Tsaplienko said. “It is already the case that tankers are commanded by tankers, sailors are commanded by sailors, pilots are commanded by pilots, and drone operators are often commanded by people from other military professions and military branches. It is an objective process.” Tsaplienko is confident that the Ukrainians will quickly overcome these two problems and will be able to show Russia “such surprises that it does not expect from us”. |

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room III
Definitely the way of the future with all this drone stuff & once again it all comes down to cost factor & the more price effective meat harvester. GPS Guided Munition $90,000 US / Drone $1,000 US Tops & the other associated cost factors with other munitions ect, logistics to get them there ect as they are bulky items vs light weight drones that can relatively do the same job at a tenth of the price. Mathematics play a huge part in warfare & IMO the combined might of the countries supporting Ukraine will prevail as they have more access to revenue to assist than what Russia has due to sanctions ect & also by the looks of things with the daily update from WM, we can see that their losses of Mechanized equipment is staggering & if Ukraine can keep the pressure up, I hope that they can destroy equipment, Tanks, Artillery, APC's & the other bits & pieces quicker than what the Orcs can build & bleed them out that way. It's also good to see that the oil refineries are being hit slowing them down a bit, so Drones play a huge part in this & it's now the main instrument of warfare in this theater & a very cost effective way to neutralize these vermin so it's totally understandable why they want to produce more drones because of the cost factor, quite simply, it's really a no brainer IMO. |

Re: Whiskey's Briefing Room III
Dagens.com Washington Calls for End to Ukrainian Attacks on Russian Energy Sites Story by Henrik Rothen The US has called on Kiev to cease its attacks on Russia's energy infrastructure, citing concerns that drone strikes on oil facilities could lead to a rise in global fuel prices, as reported by three informed sources to Financial Times. The US has repeatedly warned Ukraine about the potential consequences of drone attacks on Russian energy facilities. American officials have shared their concerns with the Ukrainian Security Service (SBU) and the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR), both of which are continually expanding their drone programs to strike Russian targets on land, sea, and air. Shop Cars For Sale At Kmart - Shop Online At Kmart - Shop Online Despite this, attacks on oil refineries, terminals, warehouses, and oil storages have intensified in recent months. This has led to growing frustration in the White House with Ukraine's actions, one FT source noted. Russia remains one of the world's largest exporters of energy resources, despite Western sanctions. Oil prices have risen about 15% this year to $85 a barrel, leading to higher fuel costs in the US as President Joe Biden begins his re-election campaign. Washington is also concerned about Russia's potential response to Ukraine's strikes. The US believes Western energy infrastructure, including the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), which delivers oil from Kazakhstan, could be at risk. Moscow has halted its operation several times in 2022. "Nothing scares the incumbent American president more than the rise in fuel prices in an election year," said Bob McNally, president of Rapidan Energy consulting firm and former White House energy advisor. According to a military intelligence representative in Kiev, since 2022, there have been at least 12 attacks on major Russian oil refineries, nine of which occurred this year. Several terminals, warehouses, and storages were also affected. Reuters calculations show that strikes on Russia's largest refineries in February and March paralyzed 13% of the total capacity of active primary processing units. Considering only refineries that produce gasoline and diesel fuel, the Russian economy lost about 9% of production, or 77.4 thousand tons per day, based on processed oil. The accumulated downtime at refineries due to drone strikes reached 3.5 million tons, ten times more than the total for the previous two years. Meanwhile, the number of damaged oil refining units tripled, and by mid-March, the volumes of emergency downtime were 1.4 times higher than planned repairs. |
