28 February update on Bakhmut situation, I'm not seeing this reflected elsewhere. The white pinkish area indicates that recent Ukrainian push north from the city is more tenuous compared to other sources

This was stated by the Finnish service in its press release. Finland is building a 70km fence on the border with Russia. It's first test section will be 3 meters high and will have barbed wire stretched over it. It will be equipped with night vision surveillance cameras and lighting, as well as speakers. The fence is scheduled to be completely in 2025.  ·  ·

"The German concern Rheinmetall has started supplying Ukraine with SurveilSPIRE automated intelligence systems manufactured by Estonian DefSecIntel. SurveilSPIRE is a system used to monitor borders, coastal zones, and search for enemy targets and threats. It is automated and processes data using artificial intelligence, so it allows for reconnaissance over a large area with a minimum number of personnel. The system includes an observation tower, solar panels, drones, a control system, and a transportation platform (trailer). Only three people are needed to deploy the system, and it operates on its own."
