US and SAA Conflict
On the morning of August 17th, a convoy of US occupying forces was trying to cross a Syrian military post in the Tal al-Dhahab area and was stopped by Syrian forces. After the Syrian forces prevented the American convoy from passing, the clashes escalated and the helicopters of the American occupiers targeted the checkpoint, as a result of which a Syrian army soldier was killed.
