my question was rhetorical. We are always at war because of the 3 pillars that keep this countries green blood flowing.

Of course I care Americans were killed. I care when people are killed.

..but the reason "we are always at war" is not because people are harming us...and that is certain. It goes far deeper than the mind can fathom.

Looks like the hand may have been blown away from the rest of the body and/or the body and parts were dragged out of the road.
