A brief report on a conversation between Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar and Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu on Turkey and its continuation of military action. Also some information has been shared by the freelance journalist Levent Kemal about Russia asking YPG members to pull back from Syria/Turkey border in Qamishli. (https://mobile.twitter.com/leventkem...15182649331712)
