Are you by chance able to find any information about this video? You are usually on point.
Apparently this video was released by Zabiullah Mujahid, so it’s likely a Taliban sniper. But in no way am I saying it's 100% authentic either because...Taliban..

Back in 2016 Iran used S.O.F game video with the claim "Hezbollah sniper taking out targets with new Iranian sniper technology." It was fake as shit and they got caught lying about it.

Looks a little suspect but probably legit. Haven't shot any small arms mounted thermals (only mounted & stabilized stuff) but it looks right for white hot, just more detail that what I'm accustomed to. Certainly plausible, especially if they've gotten hold of abandoned/captured thermal optics. Shakiness makes sense, guessing whoever was pulling the trigger was holding a cell phone up to the ocular to record everything. Believe some civilian thermals have a built in record feature, just not sure if mil stuff does, maybe Crazy vid, thanks for sharing it.

If it is a AN/PAS-13 sight, it allows a video feed to be taken from the sight.

"The sight also has a multi-function I/O port, allowing for video to be recorded or viewed from a location other than the eyepiece"

Maybe newer kit will take a memory card?

Nah, this appears to be a commercially available ATN X-Sight scope.

I didn't know the IR was that level for consumer availability. Now I want one.
Yep. It looks that good out to 45 yards without an external IR illuminator. $700 and you’re shooting in the dark.
