Was thinking PAS13 as well, especially after seeing pics of Taliban in Kabul with what appears to be that optic. I've never used anything that modern, only clip-ons & TTS/TIS tied to a M68A1 or M256A1.

This illustrates why the Taliban won. They are just standing in the open waiting to be shot, and it doesn't seem as if anyone knows the direction of the sniper even after the third shot. Then there was the guy toward the end who is just standing there after a number of shots. There doesn't seem to be enough words to describe the incompetence of the Afghan soldiers.
