It's like court. Alleged crime committed. You're arrested, charged, sentenced.
What's the difference from what they are doing there, to what happens in the "superior" country of the USA. Where the government will execute people who have been proven to have been innocent. Even when the person is still alive, rotting away in prison, evidence is revealed or found and tested, proving innocence, they have to wait from weeks to months, even a year or 2 before they are finally freed.

I'd be a lot more pro-death penalty if I wasn't aware of the hundreds of innocents they have killed in the U.S. Now I am against it. Too often they find out 30 years later that the person they killed had nothing to do with it. And no penalty to the prosecutors and police who built the case. They just go on their merry way to their civil service retirement.
You aren't supposed to arrest ANY man. You are supposed to arrest the MAN who DID the crime.
