these people are using RPG's in a manner that the manufacturer does not intend. Many countries are great at "ghetto" rigging weapons to function effectively. I believe the tube of the launcher ruptured from the pressure because it appears the idiots packed the tube with something, not allowing for gasses to properly expel from the rear of the launch tube.
