What the hell does jaga jaga mean exactly? Is that Ukranian slang?

i dont think it means something. But he also calls the soldier "kotatko" which means kitten. And then after the explosion "dobro došli" that is welcome

"Magyar Birds" have done a fantastic job since the start of this invasion & Brovdi is now one of the more recognizable ppl in Ukraine for his efforts in innovation & implementation of his Birds to great effect. He should be commended for his efforts to help rid this genocidal committing scourge from his lands.

Sadly, majority of the ruskies do want to be there. They are there on a contract, voluntarily. They kill for money.

Jaga jaga - some what means - getting it on. And first ( I think) became popular after this Russian singer used it Katya Lel. Song was very popular in UA as well. Hell, I used Jaga Jaga too during those years ))

And “badaboom” I think is from “5th element” we used it too , after the movie came out.
