Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread VIII

By the looks of things posted, it seems as though it wasn't the best plan to fight for mother russia as there's a big difference between patriotic duty & certain death / outright slaughter.
They are fighting for a country that doesn't give a fuck about them. You think that they would see that but, Oh No ! Gotta keep up the needless slaughter of civilians & the like for their Fuhrer at any cost.
Fully agree. Despise Russia. However, Ukraine will lose. They have no chance of defeating them. And now that China is on board....game over. Soon all out WW3.

Yes, It's getting hotter.

I think that NATO will have boots on the ground soon.

Surprised that China hasn't just steamrolled the orcs while there busy with Ukraine & taken over as there branching out in the South Pacific building islands & what not.

Plenty of resources for them in russia.

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread VIII

So are we reaching the concluding part of this conflict?
Major gains for Russia, Kharkiv region is being taken over. Territorial gains all across the front.
It seems Russia is closing in on its goals and there is no real appetite in the West to push them back.
War fatigue must be an issue now for the Ukrainian people.

Will we see a 'negotiated settlement' at some point this year?

Kharkiv region ? Kharkov is impregnable unless it is razed to the ground after dropping several thermonuclear warheads, or millions of tons of FAB/KAB bombs. In an attempt to storm and capture an unruined city of 1.5 million people, the ratio of defending-attacking dead is today (with night vision, thermal vision, drone and satellite reconnaissance, satellite communications, cell phones among the city's inhabitants) much higher than at the time of the assault on Berlin in 1945. ' , and then it was 1:25. Even drunk and mentally retarded Soviet Russian commanders are not that stupid. Russia would like to create a buffer in the zone of sabotage group raids on Belgorod + have Kharkov in the barrel artillery fire zone. The clock is ticking, Europe and the US were found with their pants down by Russia (which knew it would start a war) and are starting to build ammunition production capacity - Putin and Russia will repeat the scenario of the Third Reich, ironically .The momentum of the aggressor at the beginning, consternation and lack of weapons production capabilities of Western countries in the first phase. If Ukraine lasts two more years, Poo Thin will get a taste of the cock of democracy's arsenal And the "new" idea for a centrally controlled economy in Russia - pulling yourself out of the pit by your own hair will bring cabaret results - the commies have already practiced this. A good start would be the F16 with modern missiles and radars and sending all Su25s carrying a large number of KABs to the scrapyard.
