Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread V
Changing directions just a bit... Is it just me, or do the Russians not give two shits about Cover and Concealment during ops? They may as well be wearing blaze-orange hunter's vests and marking trenches with "сбрасывать бомбы сюда" spelled out in white rocks. I mentioned early in the war that there seemed to be no sense of urgency in their movements - this just seems to be an addendum to their operational plans. Anyone else seeing this? |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread V
The only thing I can speak on about their operational plans that may relate to this is their tactic of throwing many bodies into their offenses. A bass ackwards blitz like tactic with human bodies only they aren't aiming at limiting casualties. Seems they are trying, and failing in many cases, to overwhelm Ukrainian forces at any cost.

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread V
You could write entire papers on the huge amount of examples showing Russians doing this. I've noticed. Their tactics are just downright stupid... there's many reasons for this. Can you imagine how terrifying they'd be if they had their shit together? |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread V
Truly. What I was expecting was an overwhelming display of technological and tactical prowess. What they have shown so far is the exact opposite. Let's start with the giant "Z" or "V" on their battle tanks, APC's, launcher batteries, etc. FFS, can any Russian someone find a more subtle method to identify which equipment to not set on fire?!? Don't get me wrong, I love that they do it for obvious reasons, but damn... |

1. "Few people have seen such a positive priest." I can still do the running man and the snake... and probably look a little something like him doing it. lol 2. "Artem Moroz, Ukrainian Warrior, lost both legs defending Ukraine 7 months ago. Artem is a runner and he was determined to remain a runner. Yesterday he ran 5 km in the Boston Marathon on prosthetics!" Video from 206th Territorial Guards Batallion
