It doesn't just fall from the sky or come out of my ass. I spend multiple hours every single day doing this. It has to be searched for, sifted through, downloaded, with the related information and attempts made to verify it. In many cases, I do even further research on the information to provide as much as possible or go back and edit with more info later.

I do this on my own free time, voluntarily, so you bitching about the footage is pointless and frustrating, to put it mildly. Start contributing the shit you think exists that doesn't get posted here or just keep your complaints to yourself.

I've had a Croatian friend since college here in the US. A good guy, who fought Yugoslavs/Serbs in the 90's. Literally dug trenches and did anything else as a Croatian teenager would at the time. I've told him about you. He talked to me about it, and my opinion on you is far more mild than his.

In third day o "Operation Storm" this so called "Nest of Serb rebels" was already evacuated. Rebel Serbs evacuated few days prior to this "glorious" action. Guess what - ones that didn't do so like in Petrinja - we had big problems there, such that we had to change our Field General in that sector. Because rebels in Petrinja didn't listen to Milošević. They stayed put and fought. That war was already over by the end of 1992. Everything after that was already communicated by Tuđman and Milošević - corrupt bastards that only had $$$ in their mind how to convert our industry for 50 cents in the hand of "private owners".


But then again all that war thing was just to make us another banana/puppet country. That patriot of your friend should come actually live here, everything else is just bla bla bla - "vacation Croats".

I even have pics from his funeral in 1992. I might share it was open casket. Just need to go to my mom's cause pics are there.

And no - Croats were not saints. My mom actually went to school with Mirko Norac. He already had Ustaše-Nazi sentiment back in the 70's. A lot of Serbs were killed during 1990.

We have to fight with viruses, cancers, diabetes and aging - all sorts of fucked up things. I get it, man. Appreciate what you do here. I just don’t want to be judged because I’m frustrated and I express my frustration on what I see in the videos. Don’t judge me about it. We all pour a ton of money from our taxes or directly pockets through all sorts of donations to help Ukrainian army. It’s our money there. I think we could indulge ourselves with a bit of more understanding when we see that things go so-so in those videos “to put it mildly”. I don’t bitch about every misguided missile. Sadly, that's not up to me. Nor the people. It's up to few members of elite group in Croatia. I have taken care of myself and I live pretty normal life but it's far from what should we thrive as society. Mostly all I own is only because my people could afford it in socialism except my car. So it's type of from grandad to grandson type of thing here which keeps us afloat. We are still leeching of that time because if it weren't for that most of us would already be gone from here as app. 200 families live "the life" while others go by. That was a plan that Tuđman introduced with capitalism. Okay, he didn't say it exactly like that but he sold the "dream" to the common folks and they thought we would be some kind of "Mediteran Switzerland" and it would be possible but plan was very, very different.

When it comes to USA affairs I cannot comment too much because I don't live there except that I would never support that my citizens pay for some war that's 10.000 miles from me. I would concentrate money on well being of lowest income household to the highest one. Only development into weapons would be solely to protect USA and it's already declared borders from Alaska to border with Mexico.

But I'm not sure if that's even possible right now when USA's economy is highly dependable on production of weapons. It would almost be like Croatia stopped having tourism which we all live off.

People invent all the time, at least they did, it's not like anglo-saxons are only ones who develop things, invent things. But now most of technology is concentrated towards few branches which is IT, electronics and mass-marketing strategies/weapons. More or less our development as humans is not broad as it was 50 years ago where we suddenly started to rapidly explore things in multiple fields of science.

My grandad is Italian. Meucci developed first phone and Tesla (who's serbo-croatian, depends on how nationalist look at it xD) developed AC current. Does that qualify me as genius? Or does it abolishes me of progressing? No. But I'm not sure how can we stop people being what they are by "inventing" stuff - corruption will still be present because current system approves it.

Recently we approved over 1 billion Euro to be invested into Tesla car which is known fraud because guy who owns it comes from criminal family, family that ravaged society during socialism in Yugoslavia. He even does not want to show his net earnings which he must by the written law. Then we poured another 500.000 millions in Ukraine. And we still didn't repair the houses of OUR people that got demolished in an earthquake that happened 3 years ago. That's some clown world for you.

That's Croatia's invention right now come on man, we are 3,8 million strong and servants of EU. But then again working man or woman here and in USA is no different except for a few minor details (for example salary in USA is better but most of us here have their own apartments, houses etc.). But generally struggle of poor vs rich is universal.

P.S. today most of our news portals say: "USA said that having Croatia in Schengen zone equals more security". How the hell that even makes sense? We cannot take care of our own people let alone affairs like Schengen and also what the hell European borders have to do with USA's security. It's mind-blowing.

Telsa itself is a scam to large extent. Elon musk has oversold and hyped up the stock price to riddiculous levels. Now, he lost billions and its coming down to more reasonlable level...but still, billions have been scammed by overhyping and lying about Tesla's capabilities.

And thats great. Im sure Ukrainians appreciate it. All countries poured money into Ukraine...for a good reason. All countries have homeless people, broken houses and infrastructure that needs repairs. It doesnt stop countries having a foreign policy. China has rampant poverty outside first tier large cities. Yet, they spend billions and billions in Africa. United States does the same thing. All the money spent in other countries is part of foreign policy which earns money in the future through trade agreements, alliances and general safety by having strong allies nearby with good economies.
Geopolitics isnt cheap. Being an isolationist and keeping every penny for yourself is what keeps countries poor.

Croatia is a net benefactor in EU in every way possible.

However, the largest net contributor remains Germany, which contributes 0.58 percent of GNI. It is followed by the Netherlands with 0.48 percent, Sweden with 0.46 percent and France and Denmark with 0.43 percent each. In terms of net recipients, Croatia leads the way with 3.08 percent of GNI. It is followed by Lithuania and Hungary with 3.05 and 2.89 percent, respectively. Bulgaria (2.84 percent) and Latvia (2.76 percent) are next in line.

USA said that having Croatia in Schengen zone equals more security". How the hell that even makes sense? We cannot take care of our own people let alone affairs like Schengen and also what the hell European borders have to do with USA's security. It's mind-blowing.

First, joining the shengen area makes tourism( which is important sector for Croatia) even more appealing for the 500 million people in the shengen area. Thats a major benefit right there.
Secondly, it allows Croatians to work abroad and earn 3-4 times as much as they do now, and bring that money back into Croatia. It allows investments to flow into Croatia more easily etc. Its...again a benefit in every way.
And lastly, how does it improve security? Simple...the bigger an alliance is, the stronger it is. US is the number one military and trading partner of EU, so, EU's security = US security.
