According to this statement they are their own unit.. Pretty badass

I haven't seen an actual unit of women known as "witches" but there have a been a few females featured in some of the content posted here. Namely, Olga Bigar, callsign "Witch". She was part of a regular battalion of mostly men, if I'm not mistaken. This is about the only thing "witch" related I've heard about. But there are probably thousands of women serving in the AFU.

EDIT: as of January 2023 there were about 50,000 women in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

I was just wondering about that particular witch glad she still kicking and damn 50k is an impressive number so cool... but yeah I haven't heard of the unit either but wasn't sure if it was just kind of kept low key because of how Russia would try to spend it his fucking some stupid propaganda they're forcing women into conscription or God knows what but thank you for the info you almost read my mind
