Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread (Part Zero): 24 Feb - 31 Mar 2022
Sandbagging for sure, granted we for sure were taught to fear and overcome the Russians, it’s just engrained in our training their weapon ranges and capabilities and what’s a good counter option. I was mechanized infantry, and there’s a reason they made me memorize all 52 heavy armored vehicles and jet fighters in their disposal You have to remember also that Russia controls 25% of the Gas worldwide, they are not even hurting themselves but mostly europe since they depended on them for their energy. Like a user mentioned, they haven’t even gone Hypersonic, we have yet to see the Su-57’s and god forbid they ever do, only F35’s can go against them. The radar and stealth technology for them might suck but going toe to toe is a death wish, so far i have just been seeing them use Su-25’s but we will see. Just remember also, The US in Vietnam suffered a lot of casualties from inexperienced and untrained young soldiers, no different from what they are currently doing at the moment. But yeah I understand what you mean, I’m just over analyzing what I’m seeing, like you said, an easy grenade will had wiped out the entire squad lolololol. We started this, Putin was inspired by how swiftly the taliban took over Afghanistan and thought by March 2nd he would be near the capital but I’m 50/50 on this, Putin’s full of it for sure, but Murphy’s Law is in full effect on both sides. |

There was no deal that NATO would not come east. Even Gorbachev has confirmed that it is a myth https://theconversation.com/ukraine-...he-east-177085 Considering they have Russia as their neighbor, it's not strange that the countries around want NATO as protection. Has Russia ever done a single positive thing for humanity? Reagan was right in his speech, they are an evil empire. |

Where are you from? I see you suddenly appeared on Feb 28…..new account from the Russian troll farm or were you banned and came back anew? As far as China having the biggest and most advanced navy - going to have to check your math and stats there pal. Many agree they don’t have the ships necessary for a full on amphibious assault against Taiwan. As for the Russian having the best AA missile system, I remember a US system that was touted as the be-all-end-all….until they were uncovered as rigging the tests. Look up “SGT YORK” under air defense systems. |
