"I'm clarifying the situation. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are not retreating anywhere. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are fighting to the last. In the northern quarters of Artemovsk, there are fierce battles for every street, every house, every stairwell. Of course, it's nice that the media want the retreat of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but this does not happen in the northern quarters, neither in the south nor in the east."

I haven't seen any UA or western news saying UA is retreating. In fact Zelenskyy announced they were staying to fight as long as possible. I will have to see if I can find it somewhere.
