Someone cut and removed one of Bansky's graffiti paintings for fear it would get destroyed... but seems there were financial motives as well as police got involved. "The Banksy graffiti dismantled in Hostomel is in the Bucha Police Department, said Andriy Nebytov, the head of the National Police of Kyiv region. The graffiti will undergo an artistic examination, and the suspects will face criminal liability."
