Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread III
This barely makes sense... For people that aren't familiar with who wears what types of uniforms or respective insignia, he writes that to indicate what side the source comes from. And he posts media from both sides so I appreciate the designation, sometimes it can be difficult to tell. Having said that, until you start posting media in here on a regular basis you should keep your mouth shut. It's worked this way for 9 months. Jog on if you don't like it.

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread III
last one, i don't know what's going on, i might know the source and title but any inference of those i leave up to you. obvious thing will be titled but soo much is grainy footage of indescript things exploding and people dying that we may never know who or what got them or who they were. footage is stolen, titles lie, friendlies get fired, so on and so on. |

The horror of Bakhmut: the police showed how the elderly were evacuated from the most dangerous district of the city in the Donetsk region, which the Russians dream of capturing Due to attacks by Russian terrorists, local residents live in inhuman conditions under constant enemy shelling and do not have the opportunity to leave.

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread III
Unfortunately, this is only going to get worse as winter is going to make things more than difficult for these poor displaced ppl & many will simply die of hunger & freeze to death. The death toll will be immense due to these factors as there's no supporting infrastructure or supply chains left to support the population with food & medicines let alone electricity. I suppose they will be able to burn a bit of wood but that will soon run out n what then ? This is going to get very very ugly if they don't get help with the basics. I see some of the soldiers handing out bread to ppl who say they have nothing now let alone in a few weeks' time when everything & everyone will be snowed in for a couple of months at the minimum, with many being unable to move if they wanted to as you can't do much in 2+ foot thick snow. I've been to Denmark, Sweden ect & it get's fuckin cold man & with the wind chill factor on top of that I quickly understood why they drink a lot of schnapps. I personally want to wish ALL Ukrainian ppl the very best & hope for them to get these invading, ruskie orc low life fuckers out of their lands ASAP ! Hey Putin "GO FUCK YOURSELF" |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread III
On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being a good understanding of what’s going on and where the situation is at and who’s “winning” I would have to say I am a zero (hey, I’m busy and work a shit ton and all) So could someone enlighten me in a few sentences: Just who tf is winning? |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread III
Who’s winning? The ruling oligarchs of both sides in this proxy war. One side is potentially stealing new resource-rich land, while selling their oil for higher prices, while the other side is fleecing their people of even more money by sending it to Ukraine, using the conflict to launder a cut for themselves. Who’s losing? Everyone else. |

Re: Russian/Ukraine War Discussion Thread III
Yes money is a big factor as there are dipshits on both sides who will use this conflict as a way to fill their pockets. From from a military and political standpoint, achieving their strategic and tactical objectives, Russia is losing. And Russia hasn't been able to hide that fact for months. They've marooned themselves and created a far larger problem than they had before. |
