Well, I agree, but at the same time there were plenty of times when Ukrs were calling for elimination of Russians as race. Last time I herd it was from Ukr Ambassador in Kazakhstan. He said " The more Russians we kill now, the lesser our kids will have to kill later." Not exactly calling for race extermination, but one with the crazy mind could understand it that way without a doubt.

Weeeell, I can kinda get where he is coming from if that statement came after february/march of this year, but yeah, your point stands.
