Maybe even Azov will martyr him? It would be logical for ‘them’ to replace him as they can claim the country needs them or something. The laws are even being written right now to facilitate this with regards to the media

So I'm more familiar with the bottom English definition in the pic here. "Cope" to me is more of a negative meaning, dealing with a very bad situation and trying to overcome it for a positive outcome.

The "Telegram" version of cope is more like "Let's do these things, which won't work, but we think it will because we're in denial." That's why those cages on top of Russian tanks are called "cope" cages. They don't work, it's hopeless, but the people in the tank think it may help them.

I know you favor the Russian narrative of this whole story over Ukraine's and even the rest of the world but you also have a direct connection to what's going on there, being from Crimea. So I respect your perspective much more, just to be clear.

Yes, you are right... politicians here, there, everywhere... are less than trustworthy people. But so are human beings in general.
