Ukraines strikes another ammunition depot. Evacuations are underway in Tikhoretsk, Krasnodar Krai, russia, after a Ukrainian strike on the ammunition depot.

Social media reports indicate that the facility was modernized about a year ago and is used to store both russian and North Korean munitions.

Exploding rockets and other ammunition are causing fires to spread around the community including at the airfield.

The airfield, which was primarily used as a military flight training school, has had Su-35's stationed there in the past and they were potentially still there as seen in the Sentinel-2 imagery from Sept. 16, 2024.

This second facility struck is the 23rd Arsenal of the GRAU (Main Missile and Artillery Directorate). It is reported to primarily be a missile storage facility.
