Well, the reality is that there are no lines in a war. And, imo, defender is "justified" of doing whatever they want to the attacker. Justified means that when a defender kills a "pow" then it can be understandable. Strategically and morally its probably wrong, but its understandable. For example, if Russia attacks my country and I have to fight them, then I wouldn't see them as "soldiers" with any more rights than a criminal who broke into my home and killed my family. They wouldn't be "soldiers", they would simply be men with guns who came to murder me, and if they killed my family or a close friend of mine, then i can imagine that it could be possible, that i would be in a mental state where rage/grief gets the best of me, and I'd do something similar. I think that there is even a legal term for committing a murder whilst being in a "disturbed/grieving" psychological state. I'd Killing POW's is bad for obvious strategic reasons. If you kill all the POW, then the enemy will learn from it, and they will stop surrendering and will always fight till the last man, down too fist fights, if they run out of ammo. The best strategic choice would be to treat POW extremely well, even give them a option to stay in the country, give them some money and a place too stay. Its cheaper to buy the enemy off than to fight till the last drop of blood. |

All these videos here gratuitously showing ukraine killing Russian(usually via drone) unarmed soldiers, wounded soldiers, surrendering soldiers and pows are all war crimes. Those are all categories of non-combatant.

If you had been here from the start of Poo Tins 3 Day SMO, you would have seen RAF shelling residential places, schools, shopping malls, train stations, playgrounds ect ect ect & plenty of documented war crimes committed by the ruskies to the point that it turned out to be nothing more than acts of genocide against the Ukrainian People. Make NO mistake, the russians are trying to wipe out, eradicate the Ukrainian people, history & culture from the pages of history & they don't care about Geneva Convention Rules of Engagement, this is a Scorched Earth Mandate implemented by a psychotic, greedy land grabbing dicktaker & I'm sure that there's a few very pissed of Ukrainian Soldiers who are sick & tyerd of seeing there Children & Women Slaughtered en Mass I might add in the name of Poo Tins Special Military Opperation, to LIBERATE Ukraine. I suggest that you go back to the start of this invasion, some 2 1/2 years ago & look at what they did before making uninformed comments.
