Official statements from their commander about the azovstal surrender thing , so who knows the lenguage could verify if the translation is correct pls.

Commander of the "Azov" Prokopenko:
"The defenders of Mariupol (no) complied with the order, despite all the difficulties, for 82 days they pulled the superior enemy forces towards themselves and made it possible for the Ukrainian army to regroup, train more personnel and receive a large amount of weapons from the countries- partners. None of the weapons will work without professionally trained military personnel, which makes them the most valuable element of the army. For the sake of saving lives, the entire Mariupol garrison is complying with the approved decision of the high military command (surrender) and hopes for the support of the Ukrainian people. "

I put the video into Voicella (Ukranian to English) and this is what came out. Didn't add, omit or change a single word. No mention of surrender.
