I was asking a serious question. Because it seems like EW stations get hit by drones.

Logic says that if you are more powerful than the operators signal, then it SHOULD work.....

Kinda like the cope cages "should" work. I mean not against a javelin.... Or drone.... But a shitty HAMAS rocket? Sure. ISIL? Yep threw them on our tanks.

Plus, the antenna are Omni-directional. Shouldn't they be more at a 45 and not a 90?

Comparing cope cages and EW jamming devices is quite strange. We could see various anti drone devices being used from begining of this war and datalinks of drones have countermeasures getting evolved rapidly as well. This pictured device is quite new and we wont see perfect statistics about its effectivness. But there are number of videos with drones being disabled by EW devices, especially at Magyars channel
