The watermark on it is a pro-Russian channel. The location name is a Russian variation for the Krasnyi Lyman region in Donetsk oblast, near Luhansk oblast. The subtitle is Russian and it describes a Siberian army unit. Definitely Russian perspective. Thanks for posting it.
