My guy, if destroying 3.5 million dollar tanks and 1 million dollar APC's with a $400 drone with a cold-war era RPG round attached to it isn't efficient as hell, nothing is. Just admit you're wrong and move on. Or say nothing, even better.

Hmmm... interesting theory but I have to take with a dump truck of salt being CNN.

In my head it wouldn't make sense for Ukraine to be spending/sending/using resources 3700 km away in Sudan when they need every ounce of their resources to fight the Russians at home.

I suppose it's possible, however.

Ukraine has some "out of country" teams which operates in different places out of country.
(Ex. Kabul evacuation)
And why not, they say that no one can escape all around the world from GUR
