There were reports from Ukrainian sources that this Iris system was a "mock up" = or decoy. But I did some further digging and found the following information. Also from a Ukrainian source. Apparently it was real but Russia claims there were no missiles loaded, hence why there wasn't a detonation when the drone hit.

Dunno, it looks artificial, when I watch it closely. I bet it was one of these czech decoys. A launcher unit alone without radar complex nearby doesn't make alot sense as well, you can't use this without the radar and command complex. Also zero secondary explosions.
