Russia hit a high rise apartment building that was in close proximity to the SBU building in Dnipro.

"Five injured as a result of the Russian attack on a high-rise building in Dnipro have been confirmed.

The victims are four men aged 18 to 53 and a 77-year-old grandmother. All were provided with medical assistance without hospitalization.

They hit a new building, where many apartments are still unoccupied.

They probably aimed at the SBU building nearby.

But, according to local residents, it has been empty for a long time."

"The Prosecutor's Office documents the consequences of an attack on a high-rise building in Dnipro.

New information from the head of the Dnipro regional military administration Serhiy Lysak.

"Due to the missile attack on the Dnipro, there are already 9 victims. Among them are two children - 14 and 17 years old. They have acubarotrauma. Two 20-year-old girls have the same diagnosis.

Five more with lacerations. These are men aged 18 to 53 and a 77-year-old woman.

Doctors say that everything is satisfactory. They will be treated at home.""

The only explanation is that tank-crew played too many videogames or maybe watched some Hollywood revisionist classics as it would not have been tactical to engage them alone
