It's a valid military target only Ukraine didn't wait until Monday morning rush hour traffic to hit it like Russia would have done. They hit it shortly after 3am local time. When civilian casualties would be less likely.

It's horrible that civilians were killed in this incident or any incident. But I agree, for you to only acknowledge deaths of civilians when it's in the Donbas or anywhere else when it's caused by Ukraine DEFENDING themselves, is hypocritical. Some of them you don't even acknowledge for what they are, Russia invading Ukraine and killing innocent people. Some of them you deny even happened.
