The soldiers are suspect as they don't seem concerned with anything that could be hiding in that treeline. There's no way to definitely identify who those soldiers are (RU or UA) and there is no way to verify who those "civilians" are. The blue tape is laughable and could easily be argued as grey or white tape with the shitty quality of the video, which is also par for the course with fake videos.

For all we know this could be another Moscow production like the mom they pulled over with a kid in her car and shot at... which ended up being geolocated to a location in the DPR that has been occupied since 2014 and proven fake.

In this one it seems like they learned from that mistake by having the conveniently filming drone zoomed in just enough to not be able to identify anything in the video.

I haven't heard of anything about civilians driving around with "white flags" as we well know that Russians will bomb and shoot at humanitarian and civilian convoys regardless of white flags or markings on cars . Bad guys can use white flags too. What are these civilians doing so close to a position where there would be groups of soldiers on some apparent mission on the front line?

Regardless of all of that, the overacting is flaming in this one with all the shit they make sure to do to make whoever the soldiers are appear as heartless as possible. I call complete bullshit.

This production was clearly made for an intended audience.

There you go; Ukraine would never do such a thing; not even by accident. And only Russia would do something like that, on purpose especially.
Like you said; either the tape is not blue, but if it is, then it must be fake Russian tape.
